How long does setup take?

Most restaurants finish in about ten minutes: sign up, add your hours and dishes, then print your QR codes. If you would rather do it together, message us on WhatsApp.

How does the free period end?

You process your first 100 orders on Eatomate without paying a thing. On order 101, we'll reach out on WhatsApp to set up a simple monthly plan, with no surprise charges.

Can guests pay by card?

Cash and pay-at-counter work from day one. Online card payments through MyFatoorah switch on once we have checked your bank details.

Do I need new hardware?

QR ordering needs no hardware at all. For the POS terminal, any Android tablet or phone running Android 8 or above works.

What if I already use Foodics?

We integrate directly with Foodics. Menus sync both ways, and orders from your Eatomate QR menu appear in your Foodics POS. No double entry.

What does it cost after the free period?

A simple monthly fee based on your branch count, with no per-order commission. We'll quote you on a short WhatsApp call after your free period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No lock-in and no cancellation fees. If it's not working for you, you can leave and take your data with you.

Is my data safe?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You own your data and can export it at any time.
