All content on Eatomate, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Eatomate or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eatomate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Restaurant Partners

Eatomate acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurant partners. While we strive to ensure quality, we are not responsible for food preparation, quality, or any issues arising from restaurant operations. Complaints about food quality should be directed to the restaurant or our customer service team.

10. Data Privacy

Your use of Eatomate is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
